BELIER DE REY 2018 75 Cl
640,000 LBP
From a vineyard nestled between 900 and 1200m altitude, on a clay-limestone soil, the vines of Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon are planted and rigorously pruned to offer the best fruits.
Each grape variety is harvested and vinified separately; fermentation takes place in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks and lasts two to three weeks. Once the fermentations are finished, a 12-month aging takes place in 225 and 400-liter French oak barrels.
To be served at 18 degrees after 30 minutes of decanting.
Pairs well with your meat meals as well as your cheese platters.
