A peated expression from Cedar Ridge! The bourbon mash bill consists of 74% corn, 14% malted rye and 12% peated malted barley. After distillation, the liquid is aged in new oak barrels then finished for six months in casks which previously housedsuper smokey Laphroaig whisky. A well balanced sweet and smokey spirit.
