CHATEAU KEFRAYA, AMPHORA 2018 75 CL
Amphora is the first Lebanese wine made in clay jars to be released.
Vinification in tanks and in 3-year-old open oak barrels, with a maceration period ranging from 10 to 12 days. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 20/22°C, followed by malolactic fermentation. No use of wood shavings.
