DAMIEN COQUELET, MORGON 2017 75 CL
Morgon Côte de Py is a well-known appellation in the northern Beaujolais. It is one of the 10 crus of the Beaujolais. The Côte du Py is a hill that sits in the heart of the Morgon appellation. Its vineyard benefits from a certain freshness linked to the altitude.
Damien Coquelet delivers a Morgon Côte du Py that is greedy and fruity, 100% Gamay of course. Aromas of red and black fruits and even plum, a fruity and slightly acidic mouth. This wine is both round and fresh, with dense and powerful tannins.
The finish is long and elegant.
