This limited edition of Old Tom was made in an old Victorian dairy farm in Battersea, in London. It is a tribute to Ralph Dodd, an entrepreneur and ingenious spirit who founded the London Distillery Company in 1807. Some of the distillation is carried out in a column still called ‘Cristina’ while the rest is carried out in a vacuum still known as ‘Little Albion’. This organic gin spends a few weeks in American oak barrels and is flavoured with juniper berries, bay leaves, angelica, cardamom,lemon and liquorice.
