This is the Summer expression from Forest Dry Gin - each of the four seasons has an expression, and though all are made with the same botanicals, the recipes are different in a way that highlights the personality of Summer, Winter, Spring and Autumn. The range was created by Belgian sommelier, Jurgen Lijcops.
