Family Estates & Vineyards at The Mafraq Plateau, the wines from the Reserve range were aged in oak barrels at the oldest surviving Cellar in Jordan, to enhance the characteristics of the Sangiovese grape variety. In the year 2018, these Sangiovese grapes were harvested and fermented using select yeast at a maximum temperature of 15-17 Celsius for 14-20 days. They were then aged in oak barrels for"" 14 months, adding more character to each bottle.
