Tasting Notes
| Nose | Walnuts and miso with earthy sherry and dried porcini mushrooms. Pinewood ashes, a touch medicinal, a lemony cough syrup. |
| Palate | Well Balanced with the clean distillate shining throughout. A touch of ginger and a dry flinty muscadet white wine. Salty creme brulee, limoncello and some smoky cured salmon. |
| Finish | Rather Long and extremely well balanced. The ashy notes return, alongside some bitter chocolate covered walnuts. |
