Distilled in 2005 at the Tobermory distillery, this Ledaig has aged 12 years in bourbon hogshead barrels. Noticeably different from its twin bottled as part of the Peacock's Tail Collection, its nose is surprising on account of the lively and spicy (mustard) notes, while the flavours are smooth and enveloping. The Taiwanese company Spirits Shop Selection quickly built a reputation for excellence worldwide thanks to the meticulous selections made by Eric Huang, a prominent collector and one ofthe greatest whisky experts in Asia.
