TEELING RISING SERIES #1 21 YEARS OLD SINGLE MALT 70 CL

The first release of Teeling's Rising Reserve series, which follows the award-winning Revival and Renaissance ranges. It's a 21-year-old Irish Single Malt that was matured initially in bourbon casks and then finished in Carcavelos casks, an old, Portuguese fortified wine. It was bottled at 46% ABV with no chill filtration.

Nose: Heaps of orchard fruit and citrus are joined by baking spice and caramel.

Palate: Dark chocolate, oaky spice, honey, pear, and candyfloss.

Finish: Long, sweet, and rich.
