Hello, I am Salim Heleiwa the General Manager at The Malt Gallery. I graduated from a French Business School called EDHEC in Nice. You can say my official journey with alcohol began 25 years ago at Société des Bains de Mer in Monaco. Over the years I have worked across wineries and leading restaurants in various countries. I have explored the best alcohol the world has to offer, expanding my palette and building my knowledge. Coupled with my love for food, I discovered a passion for food pairing and how a specific alcohol can bring out additional flavors in food and vice versa. I emersed myself in a world of rare and collector bottles and studied their investment patterns. Alcohol is so versatile, there will always be something new to explore.
For me, it is about sipping an 11-degree chilled champagne in the morning.

Hello, I am Youssef Shawki the Achrafieh Boutique Manager. I majored in Hospitality management. Beyond what I studied in books; I took myself on a personal journey to discover the best the F&B industry has to offer.
