Palate | "Continuation of the sulphurous theme and slices of sweet and sour sliced green apple, many notes of fresh wood and the same rubber cork from a medical bottle, mold of raisined grapes, light spiciness of black pepper, a little grated lemon zest. In the air it gains fullness, becomes more dense and viscous. Sweetness: 7/10 Saturation: 8/10" |
