Bottled by an independent S3 Super Shochu Spirits, this artisan rice shochu was distilled in 2009 at the Ohishi distillery and aged in Mizunara oak casks for more than a decade. The result is a fruity shochu with intense and elegant notes of agarwood, rice and bittersweet chocolate.
