ARCTIC BLUE GIN 50 CL

Master Distiller Arko Ryynänen and Michelin Starred chef Jaakko Sorsa, the Arctic Blue Gin range is distilled at the Nordic Premium Beverages Distillery in the small village of Ilomantsi in the forests of eastern Finland.

The company, formerly known as Hermannin Viinitila, is the oldest winery and producer of sparkling wines in Finland. For their gins, the bilberries used as a botanical are picked in the surrounding forests, and as the gins are not chill-filtered, the bilberries' natural oils are preserved in the gin and give it a gentle blue hue when mixed with ice or Tonic Water.
