The Benriach distillery was founded in 1898 and is equipped with six stainless steel washbacks and two Oregon Pine washbacks. Fermentations last between 55 hours and over 100 hours. The distillery produces two equally outstanding single malts, one peated to 35 ppm and the other unpeated. This intensely Speyside bottling is an example of the latter and is punctuated with wonderfully fruity and heady tones.

| Nose | Refined, distinguished. The complex first nose reveals notes of forest floor (truffle), pineapple, vanilla, walnut, green liquorice and cinnamon. |
