This expression was distilled in 2007 and matured until 2021, including a generous four years finishing in a first-fill sherry butt. Packing plenty of rich fruit and smoke, why not have a game of chess and mull over your next move with a dram of this? We also like to imagine the Chess Investigation department existing in a town of chess pieces, chequering out all the local crimes and making sure everyone stays in their square.
