COUVENT ROUGE, PETNAT GOLD 75 CL

Unfiltered wine made with specially selected Sauvignon Blanc and Obeidi. Grapes from Deir El Ahmar vineyards, made under the Ancestral Method. Left on lees for months and disgorged. First Lebanese PetNat, sourced from the elevated Deir El Ahmar organic grapes, and proudly produced at the Couvent Rouge winery. Pairs well with most Lebanese food. Brilliant yellow gold, it’s floral and ethereal at the same time, where tupelo honey and lemon flower aromas entice but don’t overwhelm. This Wine is a must drink with any dish that includes saffron.
