Located in the town of Bristol in Pennsylvania, the Dad’s Hat distillery was founded in 2010 by Herman Mihalich. It produces an entire range of straight rye whiskeys, some of which are aged in port casks or even in American vermouth casks. Aged for three years and bottled at cask strength, this version offers a vibrant tribute to this sturdy grain (rye), placing it at the heart of its aromatic and flavour palette.
