A wine with minimal intervention, a true expression of the Bekaa valley, the juxtaposition of ripe dark fruit against a vibrant juicy core reflects the hot, dry days and cool nights of the valley. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats for 10 days. Marco-lactic fermentation begins spontaneously. The wine is blended then aged in concrete vats. Syrah (40%), Cabernet-sauvignon (40%), Cinsault (15%), Carignan (5%).
