The folks behind Edinburgh Gin have been rather busy as of late, setting up a distillery in the heart of Edinburgh and getting a new gin ready for us to enjoy. And here it is - Edinburgh Gin Cannonball, a Navy Strength gin with quite a punchy character thanks to the ABV, which sits at 57.2%, and the vibrant botanical selection. They have used double strength juniper, lemon peel and a pinch of Szechuan pepper, among other botanicals, to create a hearty tipple that's sure to make an impression(you know, much like a cannonball would).
