Rye whisky from George Dickel, one of the few distilleries to produce Tennessee whisky! They use 95% rye and 5% malted barley as a mashbill and mature the whisky in barrels with a #4 char and heads with a #2 char. They also charcoal mellow theirrye, just like they do for their other expressions.
