GlenAllachie and master distillery Billy Walker are specialists when it comes to cask finishing and that's exactly what this Scotch whisky demonstrates. Aged initially in American oak bourbon casks, it was then transferred to wine barriques that previously contained Port. The taste of the Duoro Valley is apparent here with notes of warming spice and decedent dried fruit.
