| Nose | Lively, angular, brittle. Complex and excellent. Expresses incredible balance between smoothness and dryness. Firmer, drier notes from the sweet vanillin and crisp grapes, and smoother, hazelnutty notes from the malted barley and oak barrels. |
| Palate | Becomes drier after an initial biscuity smoothness. Its malty character markedly contrasts with the refined fruitiness of the grapes. |
