Kavalan 7 Years Old Single Cask Ex-Bourbon European Exclusive 2015 is a limited-edition single malt from the Kavalan distillery in Taiwan, bottled exclusively for the European market. The single malt was distilled on 16 July 2015 and matured for 7 years in a single ex-bourbon cask. It was bottled on 12 September 2022 at a cask strength of 53.2%.
The nose opens with aromas of banana, shortbread and salted butter caramel. The palate is woody, with notes of custard cream and nutmeg. Chocolate powder lingers on the finish. One of 164 bottles.
