| Nose | The first bouquet is of strong intensity, highly expressive and with harmonious elegance. Very complex; it reveals an intense aromatic profile of apricot and honey, jasmin and lys. The aromas mingle with the notes of green tea and rhubarb, with a delicate woody structure. The second bouquet reveals its complexity through the the lime and scrubland notes of Lebanese Obeidi while Vermentino offers mineral notes. This delicate second bouquet fully expresses complex notes of white fruit, flint and lemon tree flowers. The nose is intense, fresh and flawless. |
| Palate | The wine is round and full-bodied, complex and smooth on the palate. Vinified in barrels, it subtly reveals fine notes of wood and brioche combining harmoniously with fruity and floral aromas. This wine is unctuous and fresh on the palate, leading to a pleasing finish. |
