Mezcal is a Mexican spirit produced from agave pulp, and La Escondida is one of the special representatives of this guild. Not without reason the stylish label speaks of a "Grand Mezcal". The home of the spirit is in the region of Oaxaca, which lies in the south of the Mexican isthmus of Tehuantepec.
