Master blender Takashi Kiyoi and distiller Yusuke Yahisa created this lightly peated single malt, distilled in August 2020n and then matured exclusively in Mizunara hogshead cask for three years.
Each cask is carefully selected according to the distillery’s vision : one brew, one cask, which fully showcases the flavours of the Nagahama malt unadorned.
The result is a masterpiece that marries the subtle allure of peat with the distinct charm of Mizunara oak.
