Takashi Kiyoi, Nagahama’s master blender, and Yusuke Yahise, the master distiller, have been curating every cask and every whisky for seven years to create whiskies that can be enjoyed today and tomorrow.
This single Cask was matured in Bourbon Cask for three years. It has then been finished in a Sake Cask which has previously contained Junmai Daiginjo sake.
This expression is a testament to the artistry of Japanese whisky-making, showcasing balance, elegance, and a profound respect for the cask.
