Clos Godinot is Grégory Vernant’s first single-parcel rum. Located in Carbet at an altitude of 245 metres, this especially steep parcel (35 degrees) is subject to significant temperature changes that mean the cane can be harvested with a high sugar content. Particularly extroverted and yet equipped with a beautiful and simple classicism, this Clos Godinot’s flavour and aroma palette is a master in the art of contrast. The deeply rich and complex fruity register that at times even recalls a fruit brandy is the irrefutable proof.
