Product Details

Nose	Smooth, generous, both dry and autumnal. It develops in two parts: first with a fruit compote of apricots and very ripe apples. Then hazelnuts and toasted walnuts make a dramatic appearance. The fruit becomes softer, revealing rich vanilla, toffee and chocolate.
Palate	Firm and satiating, hazelnut, toffee and mint gently line the palate before fruit emerges with rhubarb and apple juice in particular.
Finish	Long, creamy and warm, with a stewed fruit freshness in the background. We can also pick out some spicy wood smoke and a hint of black pepper.
