NOMAD OUTLAND WHISKY - 70 Cl
Made with a selection of over 30 malt and grain whiskies aged between 5-8 years, blended together and matured in Sherry butts for 3 years then shipped off to Jerez and finished in Pedro Ximenez casks for a year before bottling. The collaborative efforts of Richard Paterson and Gonzales Byass.
|Nose||Raisins, marzipan, vanilla and malt.|
|Palate||Soft, sweet, spices and fruits, marzipan, glazed oranges, tarte-tatin, moist banana cake.|
|Finish||peaches in syrup, mulled wine, liquorice and crushed almonds.|
