The state-owned distillery, Nantou has opened its doors in 2008 to produce Omar single malt, also known as the “other” Taiwanese whisky. This version has been aged in sherry cask, results in a powerful and intense whisky offering notes of caramel,toast, dried fruit and a hint of smoke.
