PORTOFINO DRY GIN 50 CL

Launched in 2019, Portofino Gin was created in homage to Klaus Pudel who help save the village of Portofino from destruction during the Second World War. Portofino is a picturesque fishing village in Liguria, clustered around a small harbourwith colourfully painted buildings that are represented on the gin bottle. The gin is produced at the nearby Antica Distilleria Quaglia - a historic distillery also known for their vermouths and bitters. Each botanical is individually macerated in the wheat base spirit for 7 days before each being distilled in a copper pot still or rotovap before being blended.
