Tasting Notes
| Nose | A soft oak barrel immediately envelops the nostrils, with fatty nuts like peanuts. In the barrel, the cane juice has matured, its pepper has become candied. |
| Palate | Relatively dry, with a frank woodiness that grabs the taste buds. It gives all its notes of oak fibre, sawdust, tannins, with a strange almost peaty touch. |
| Finish | The finish is a bit astringent, so it stays on the tongue with wood tannins and combava peel. |
