| Nose | On the initial nose, sugar is released from freshly pressed cane. Honey fragrances, heady florals (geranium, orchid), citrus fruit (lime, clementine), spices (pepper, cinnamon) and mint spread through the aromatic palette. Increasingly heady (iris butter, tuberose), the nose unfolds with remarkable fruity freshness (apricot, raspberry brandy). |
| Palate | The monumental attack wastes no time taking hold of the taste buds. Sugar cane is at the heart of the flavour palette. Gradually, it extends its sugary (molasses), fruity (blackcurrant, bramble), floral (lavender, vetiver), peppery and lemony branches all around the palate. The fibrous end of the palate is also rich (liquorice and violet sweets, rum baba). |
| Finish | Closely connected to the end of the palate, the start of the finish returns to the apricot notes of the nose. Indeed, every flavour and aroma is reviewed. With incredible richness, the retronasal olfaction is characterized by artichoke heart, almond milk and cinnamon. The refreshing empty glass is fruity (raspberry, strawberry, lichee), floral (lilac, geranium) and almost vanilla. |
