Behind the number 13 lies a distillery founded in 1839 equipped with eight stills, the oldest of which was installed in 1874. Requisitioned by the Royal Navy in 1917, it resumed production in 1923. Remarkably fresh in expression, this version matured in casks previously containing a young sweet Andalusian wine, Cosecha, made from the Pedro Ximenez grape. Its aromatic and gustatory character reveals notes of cherry blossoms, which beautifully highlight its divinely spring-like nature.
