SUZE RACINES DE SUZE 70 Cl

Since 1889, Suze has been known for its bitter and sweet taste which combines the bitterness of gentian roots with a secret aromatic bouquet.

Racines de Suze is a new edition of this French classic. More powerful in alcohol (it has increased from 15 to 36%), it is better suited to cocktails.

It is made from fresh gentian roots planted at least 25 years ago. As soon as the gentian leaves the ground, it is macerated with alcohol for at least one year. The roots are then pressedand the juice is distilled in a still. It is then combined with an aromatic bouquet and enhanced with an orange infusion.
