The limited edition, 15-year-old bottling was initially matured in Ex-bourbon casks and then further matured for a further twelve months in Ex-Sauvignon Blanc casks. Proudly bottled at 50% without chill filtration, it ensures that all the true character of the whiskey is preserved.
It smells of light citrus, grapefruit with delicate green apple and blacksmiths. The taste of fresh and spicy peppers with honeydew melon, the sweetness of vanilla and a touch of pear. Dry with lingering subtle fruity notes.
