During the last week of every year, the distillery of Tomatin use lightly peated barley in their whisky production. The spirits is usually filled into 1st fill ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry and Virgin Oak casks, however, for this limited edition release,the single malt has been fully matured in virgin oak casks.

Palate | Warm pecan pie with vanilla ice cream. Baked apples with cinnamon and toffee and just a touch of smoke. |
