The Tomatin distillery was established in 1897 in the town of the same name. This traffic jam pays tribute to the history of the distillery which for generations has brought the inhabitants of Tomatin to life. The time spent in bourbon barrels andnew oak barrels brings a slight sweetness to this expression, which manifests itself in aromas of vanilla, marshmallow, pineapple and lemon. The palate is elegant with notes of candy, pine, lemon sorbet, apple and yogurt cake. The finish is pure andfrank.
