This is the 2024 edition of Kilchoman's annual Loch Gorm single malt, which sees the peaty Islay whisky given the sherry cask treatment. This edition matured exclusively in oloroso sherry casks, all from the Jose Miguel Martin bodega. A selection of sherry butts and hogsheads were used for two separate styles of maturation, resulting in rich, decadent layers of dark chocolate and sweet spice alongside the dense peat smoke and citrus zest that lie at its core.
