Made from rye, this single rye whiskey with character comes from the blend of different plots of the Estate, aged and racked in a pyramid in French oak barrels. Resultingfrom a double distillation over a wood fire, this cuvée surprises and seduces above all with its fruit, spices and minerality. A 100% rye malt bottling certified organic farming to respect this unique environment.
