Produced from grapes picked in Domaine de Bordeneuve’s vineyard and distilled in a still dating back to 1922, Château de Bordeneuve 1993 Domaine de Rimaillo is round and elegant. The aromas of citrus fruit, vanilla and wood dominate and lead to anelegant finish of prunes and hazelnuts. Owned by the Guasch family, Château de Bordeneuve is located in Maignan sur Eauze, the capital of Bas-Armagnac. Its magnificent terroir, composed of tawny sands and ‘boulbènes’ (silica-clay-sand) is planted with Ugni Blanc (80%) and Baco (20%).
