The Del Professore Vermouth collection comprises of the Classico, Rosso and Vaniglia. The base is made from Moscato Bianco Langarolo wine with added refined alcohol together with 15 different aromatic and medicinal herbs gathered from Turin and some natural cane sugar. Whilst some vermouth can be cloyingly sweet, the sweetness in these vermouths is wonderfully balanced by the bitterness and herbaceous flavours.
