Produced at Château de Guilhem, Grand Vin 2019; is an excellent mineral white wine with fat and elegance This Languedoc is made from 60% Chardonnay and 40% Sauvignon Aged for 6 months in barrels, the eye discovers a very pale yellow color with golden reflections Chardonnay brings roundness to the palate, the attack reveals an explosion of white fruits Sauvignon brings a nice minerality, freshness and balance The finish is persistent with a little toasted note A sublime white that will go perfectly with a carpaccio of Saint Jacques, grilled fish, a veal blanquette or its plate of soft cheeses
