Château Guilhem's Pot de Vin Rouge is 100% organically farmed Merlot from the Malepère appellation in Southern France. Bertrand Gourdou is the 6th generation to produce wine on the property, and his work with this red has resulted in a lovely medium bodied red with notes of red berries, plum, wrapped in licorice. Approachable, this is the quintessential bistro red.
