NINKASI VODKA FLEURS DE HOUBLON SAAZ BIO 70 CL

Once distilled, we infuse Saaz hops for 72 hours and then redistill the vodka in our copper still. This process gives it a soft and silky texture. The vodka is reduced slowly with fresh water to reach 40% alcohol.

Tasting note:

The first scents to escape from the glass are reminiscent of a country walk : field flowers, cut grass and hay take pride of place. The distillate is fresh, with hints of pine needles.
The mouth is velvety . We find the aromatics of hops: grapefruit zest and green pepper.
The finish is sweet , on a citrus background.
